The fee is determined based on the total volume and weight of the load/product to be transported, the distance to be traveled, special stacking/packaging needs, insurance preference and delivery timing. Following preliminary information over the phone, we conduct a load analysis if deemed necessary and draw up a clear route and operation plan. Thus, we provide a written quote and prevent any "extra fee" surprises at the end of the job.

We offer three different service models tailored to your needs for your international transportation operations:

• 1. Full Scope (Turnkey) Service: Packaging of your loads to export standards, palletization, industrial packaging (crating, shrinking) and in-container lashing (securing) operations are carried out by our professional team.

• 2. Partial Packaging and Securing (Hybrid Model): Standard packaging of the products is done by your company; sensitive cargo protection and in-container lashing operations required to make them suitable for international travel are performed by us.

• 3. Transportation Only (Ready Cargo): All packaging and container filling operations belong to your company. We only manage port-to-port or door-to-door transportation and customs clearance processes.

Note: All loads are labeled in accordance with international transport regulations and customs requirements; your cargo safety is ensured end-to-end in full (FCL) and partial (LCL) container shipments.

It varies depending on the distance and load type: 0–600 km is generally the next day, 600–1200 km is 1–2 business days, and longer distances are 2–3 business days with scheduled departures. Weather conditions, traffic, and legal rest periods are taken into account. Once on the road, we share the ETA (estimated time of arrival) with you and allow you to track the vehicle live.

Yes. Alongside standard carrier's liability insurance, full-value insurance can be arranged upon request. We take a condition report (photos and delivery receipt) upon departure; potential damage processes proceed quickly with invoices and reports. Packaging and securing procedures comply with insurance terms.
